Clay

Clay is a naturally occurring sticky fine-grained earth. It is essentially rock dust combined with water. It can be molded into different shapes. Clay is used to make bricks, potteries, and ceramics. It is also used to make sculptures and decorative patterns and designs. It is a very versatile material that can be transformed into multifarious shapes and sizes. When heated to very high temperatures in a kiln, it hardens and permanently sets in shape.
